Hmm id get an i3 6100 and an r7 370 gpu and for the motherboard get an asrock z170 to overclock the locked cpu i have both and i gotta say im impressed

It'll do OK mate , GTA v you'll be 45-50fps simply because of the limitations of the 860k.

I'd argue that for $25 extra the below is worth the extra,better board,better psu,far better gpu
