Hello, i'm looking to add a fan to my Asus Radeon HD 5450 so that i can overclock while getting low temperatures.
What fan size should i use and is it a good idea to fan mod?

Could you tell me what psu brand it is because that just seems odd for a 2009 system. If you are buying new a gtx 750ti is not a bad option and if you are going used something like an hd 7870/ r9-270(x) (can be had for around 80) or gtx 660 / 760 isn't out off reach. However all of them except for the gtx 750 do need a decent 400w psu with 1 or 2 6-pin connectors to function (if needed you can get a convertor for molex to 6-pin). However a 600w crap brand may only deliver like 250w of real power.

Are yuo using this thing for games because if so it's NOT worth it in any way shape or form. I have owned a hd 6450 before and overclocking it with 300mhz on the memory and 150 mhz on the gpu resulted in about 4 more fps if lucky. Usually just 2 fps more average. Just save up and get a new gpu.
