Hello well I don't seem to know what is going on. I upgraded to Windows 10 today. I ran the Windows update. It updated everything. Even my graphics card, but for some reason my monitor is flickering and going crazy then it goes completely black and won't come back on. The light on the monitor stays on and the computer itself and everything else is on as well. I have to reboot the computer in order for picture to come back up on the monitor. I even went to the AMD website to see if I could get a newer driver but it said my card was up to date. Do I just have a bad graphics card? I have a Radeon HD 5800 series graphics card. Thanks

i would start by downloading the newest drivers and saving them to your desktop. then download and run DDU to uninstall the current drivers. then freshly install the newest driver you've saved. that way you know its a good install. i know from personal experience that upgrading to 10 can break a few things and they need a fresh install.

So now I'm running into this issue. As soon as I turn on my computer no picture is showing at all. My monitor light and fans turn on so does my computer. But no picture is coming on at all. I have no idea how to fix this.

That's strange, so you aren't seeing the bios screen? Not something that should happen from an OS upgrade. Did you do something with your card, like take it out and put it back?

My monitor lights up. Like it turns from pitch black to a lighted up black if that makes sense. But no picture comes on. So I can't even get to my bios screen.
