okay so i found out that the ram needs like 44mm clearance.
so what left to ask is - what's the best way to rip 2mm of that heatsink so that i can fit my bloody ram?

Did you look at MB manual if you can put both RAM sticks in slots that are not covered by cooler ? That should solve that problem. If you don't have those RAM yet, you can look for some with lower shields, coolers on them don't really have to be as high, at their standard voltage they wouldn't overheat even without heat spreaders. Those very high ones are just for looks. If you must cut them down, a Dremel tool with thin disk is best way to go just use masking tape so no metal gets inside and short the hell out of it.

mobo manual says "if u wanna install 2 memory modules, for optimum compatibility and reliability, install one below the cooler and other not below the cooler" no comment on installing both outside the cooler's shadow.. also, can you please give me a youtube link to something like this? please !!??

Edit: i live in india and ram isn't so cheap here...getting it through amazon.com and this is the only one fit for the budget. its like really nice deal for an indian guy ;). plus my warranty is over on the cooler so idc

Edit 2: afraid of doing anything to the actual ram, warranty void :(

The cooler with the fan attached covers almost all 4 memory slots. The Corsair modules are too tall , I barely fit Sniper under , almost touching .

i have the amd a10-5800k, my motherboard fm2a85x extreme6 supports 2400+ mhz memory. no discreet gpu.

btw, at least in my testing over the last 4 years, i've seen like substantial increase in performance and overclocking headroom, even goin from 1600 to 2133 mhz. so getting 2400mhz will help :)
