I concur with Dark_globe, the RX 480 will be $199, so I'm guessing around 150 Euros, and will be quite good. If you don't want to wait, you can snag a 970 gtx fairly easily in that range.

if the predictions are right rx 480 will be cheaper and more powerfull with full dx12 support ,
and with 4gb VRAM compared to 3.5 gb that could be use (effectively) by the gtx 970 .
