Casual overclocking with corsair vs 600 watts psu

I got a brand new 970 and I7 4790k ,so i was wondering if i could overclock them a bit with the corsair vs 650 watts psu
Full system specs:
GPU: zotac 970
PSU: Corsair vs 650 watts
CPU: I7 4790
MotherBoard:Gigabyte LGA 1150 Intel B85 HDMI SATA 6Gbps USB 3.0 Micro ATX DDR3 1600 Intel Motherboards GA-B85M-D3H
Hardrive:WD 1tb
SSD: Samsung 250 gb
RAM: 16 gb
CPU Fan:Cooler master hyper 212 EVO

Yes friend. That is not the best PSU from Corsair, but still a good unit with a strong 12V rail. You will be able to overclock.

You will know when your have reached power limit when you hear fans dropping RPM at load or system shutdown under load.

While the vs is a mediocre quality unit , I'd argue you have so much 12v headroom there is room for some overclocking.

Hiwever
1. You can't overclock the CPU on a b85 board.
2. The zotac card has very strict power limits (110%) & there is very very little to be gained from overclocking anyway.
