So, I have an Asus maximus v extreme, and I'm going to buy a sennheiser game zero, but the game zero is 150 ohms, I don't know how many ohms my mobo supports, can someone help me with this?

According to your product's specification page, the headphones are rated at
Impedance: Headphones: 50 Ω
.

You should be fine with the onboard. I'd suggest give the onbaord audio a shot and later take the headset to a friends place who has a DAC or dedicated sound card to test out the audio quality. Unfortunately the onboard sound card's audio impedance isn't rated in the motherboard manual or the motherboard's product site.

Pulled this off the audio codec's spec sheet:
Output Impedance Nil
Amplified Output 2Ω
Non-amplified Output 200Ω
