How does the H110 chipset affect gaming performance?

Hello, I am new to this concept.
When compairing the specifications for the H170, Z170 (Overclocking) and the H110 chipset,
I see that the H110 chipset has the older DMI 2.0, PCIe gen 2 and just 6 HSIO lanes.
Will this affect my gaming performance when paired with an i3 6100 and an R9 380 (4GB)?

My understanding is that the GPU is linked directly to the CPU, so DMI 2.0 does not enter into the equation. It would affect the accessory PCIe slot if you added anything there like a NVMe SSD.
