Why is my physical memory usage so high

when i statrt my pc my physical memory reaches up to 95% and almost 100 process. I am having window 7 64 bit, with 2 gb memory. what to do.

Because you only have 2GB of RAM. That is at the bottom end of the usable limit for RAM on Windows 7. You need to look at what is running in the background and attempt to limit extra processes.
