Hi everyone.

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 on my desktop. The first week or so nothing out of the ordinary was happening, but now whenever I'm in game or streaming some video online it lags horribly, and when I open up task manager to see what's going on I see that system interrupts is on the top of the list usually at an average of 8%. I've downloaded DPC latency checker and LatencyMon, and from what I'm seeing it looks like the problems are coming from USBPORT.SYS and rspLLL64.sys. Now, I've gone over to my motherboard's website to check for the latest drivers... But the thing is, for my particular mobo, there are no drivers for Windows 10. Is the solution here to downgrade back to 8 or 7? Or is there a way to first confirm that that is the issue, and not some hardware malfunctioning? Please let me know what to do if you need more information, I'll try to get it for you. Thanks.
