Hello everybody. I have a problem, and have had it for quite long. Not like everyday, but from time to time. Kind of random.

So, here's what's wrong: I put my computer to sleep for the night, every night. But sometimes it would wake up right after the system goes to sleep, right after all lights go off. That is weird, and pretty much the only option is to shut it down. I don't want to shut down my computer for the night, every night. So, I need to find out what's causing it. I opened Windows Event Viewer. That's the first place I would go... right? There, I can see an information and warning signs. I walked through some of them, and they pretty much all repeat (I've been trying several times to put the computer to sleep...) Here they are (I can't guarantee this is their order):

Kernel-General: Something about time synchronization
e1iexpress: as far as I understand, it's about networking (warning sign)
Kernel-Power: something about power state S3 and resumecount: 12 fullresume: 1475 averageresume: 1474
e1iexpress: network link has been established. I'm trying to put my computer to sleep, why would I need Internet when the computer is sleeping?
Power-Troubleshooter: system woke up
Service Control Manager: cpuz138 located in %temp%\cpuz138_x64.sys
2 kernel-powers: went to sleep and then woke up

So, I tried: disable network, disconnect Ethernet, close browser, close all active programs (not in notification area on taskbar) but nothing seemed to work.

Also, after, like, 5th try to put it to sleep, I learned that some tabs in Chrome were non-responsive. That is, they had the sad smile on Lego's piece-like face. The same face as the web page is not responding, pretty much. Those were just some random tabs with the web pages that I don't think should have crashed. In both normal and incognito modes.

I should add that I have my system overclocked, but even when the speeds were stock, I believe it happened.
What might be causing it?

1| When dealing with issues of this nature it's very helpful if you could provide a full system's specs inclusive of your OS and the connected peripherals. It'd also be great if you could pass on how you're connected to the www. Via a wireless dongle or via the ethernet?
2| Have you gone into BIOS to see what your S3 and standby power states are?
3| Have you also made sure in Windows' Power management window that the option for wake timers are in order?
4| It'd be a good idea to make sure that your BIOS and remaining device drivers are up to date.
