Hello,
Im currently in a mood to assemble a gaming pc,So far i researched and ended with the comoponents listed below:
1. i5-6600k
2. Not sure which gpu to buy
3. 8gb ddr4 ram
4. Not sure about the motherboard
5. I have a monitor that supports display resolution up to 1600 x 900.
6. Ill be using a 1 tb hard disk

Actually Im building this for playing games like GTA v, NFS Rivals and other games which i will play in the future...I also heard about bottlenecking...Actually i dont want that to happen...I want to keep the budget as low as possible.
So please suggest what combo of a processor and gpu wont bottleneck my system and i will be able to get the full juice from my system...And also if i chose the i5-6600k processor wrongly, please correct me and say which one should i opt for and which gpu and mobo for that particular processor...Totally a beginner in assembling a gaming pc...So waiting for replies...Tq in advance:)))

okay here. I got some options for you:
1. don't get a new monitor and pitch in some money for a GTX 1070. that will cost about the same amount. but your stuff will still look crappy. about 900$
2. get a new better monitor. then your stuff wont look like shit, and you still got a very good GPU, though it is succeeded by the 1070. consider a used 970. 900$
3. or neither. your monitor will be shitty looking while you have a great system, a beast. subtract monitor and add in a SSD. 850$
4. don't do anything. slower boot, not very good looking images, and a 970 card. only costs 815$ tho.

don't always buy cheaper. often you don't get the best performance/price. but we still need a budget to confirm your needs, and OC? location?

Sir actually i want to keep the budget as low as possible and i am living in india...I will be ordering my components from amazon.in...Actually If there will be a need then i'll overclock my system...And whatever happens i want to keep my system futureproof... and actually i already have a monitor with me and it is LG FLATRON W2043C...Its quite big and i love it...And also i have a smps called intex classic 450 20+4 pin.(U may search it in google)..as i searched in google it gives about 450w(Not sure)...So will that be enough for my pc..or still should i upgrade my psu just for 100w to go with a 550w smps...And also as you have suggested gtx 970(By the way too costly for me 25k inr)..r u sure that it wont bottleneck my cpu or my cpu wont bottleneck that gpu???...bcz i dont want that to happen,,,bczz after sending a lot of bucks if i dont get the most out of my system i will not be satisfied with my own build...so since i already have a monitor and smps, i dont want spend money unnecessarily in getting another when i am already having a perfect one... but still if there is any need plzz let me know. and also what about gtx 960..i love this one-(GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 960 GV-N960OC-4GD 4GB128-Bit GDDR5 Graphic Card).it's coming under my budget that is 20k and it has 4 gigs which is plenty..but again will it bottleneck or get bottlenecked???...and one more thing i dont like to have many monitors since these gpus are for multiple displays,i will be having only one monitor so if there is any other gpu which will give full acceleration to my single monitor only.PLzz let me know...BCzz such a kind of gpu will be cheaper than the other one bczz it supports only one monitor and thats what i need ..:D..and again my very important things are : 1.NO BOTTLENECKING 2.FUTUREPROOF3.BUDGET TO BE AS LOW AS POSSIBLE...Actually i wanted to go for a laptop that is dell inspiron 7559 i7 gaming pc...but now i thought that since im having a quite big monitor and a smps too i dont want to spend money unnecessarily..so plzz suggest me the best combo and also im very interested to build it with my own hands:)and also what about the i5-4690k many are saying that its very gud in gaming but when i checked the specs in intel website it is saying that maximum graphics memory support is only 2 gigs and the directx will be only till 11 so again that wont futureproof my system..so any views about that whether i5-6600k or i5-4960k...Actually at first i was thinking to go for i7-6700k and realized that it was waste of money for spending in i7 as i read in many forums that it's hyperthreading doesnt help in any games and so it is not worth upgrading from i5 to i7.....So waiting for your views..and i will be building it very soon..so waiting for quick replies..and also since i5-6600k doesnt come with a fan so can i use this one -intel e97379..and also as i searched and i domt want to get the asrock motherboard as i have never heard about that brand i want to go for this one-Asus Z170-P - LGA1151 for 6th Generation Processor (DDR4 upto 3466MHz, USB 3.1, Intel Z170 Chipset) MotherBoard..is it ok???..waiting for your views..Again tq in advance:-

Still not sure what your budget is in rupees. Have not heard of the Intex power supply, I don't think it's sold in the USA. In our country, Intex is a company that sells toys and floats for the swimming pool. ASRock is an excellent motherboard manufacturer. I'm currently running ASRock motherboards in 2 out of my 3 homebuilt computers. They are a Taiwan-based electronics manufacturer which focuses on the development of motherboards, industrial PCs, and HTPCs. ASRock was originally spun off from Asus in 2002. ASRock has distributors in over 90 countries around the world and branches in Europe, US and China. ASRock is the world’s third largest motherboard manufacturer. Whenever I look at mobo's, I usually look at ASRock, Asus, and Gigabyte, and sometimes MSI.

When building your new computer, you should stay as current as possible on the components. A case model can be 3 years old, but your cpu/mobo/gpu/ram should be current generation as much as possible.

To overclock or not to overclock. This build has the I5-6500, which saves some money, you can't Overclock it.

sir but i'll not be needing mutliple displays..so am i good to go with a 2gb gpu???and also if yes plzz suggest the best gpu to pair with i5-6600k without bottlenecking...and yes i will get a new smps as u said..and i think i will be overclocking my cpu after a year or much..so according to me i want to keep the budget as low as possible..by saying this i mean dont worry about the budget but i dont want to spend unnecessarily...if its worth spending there is no problem about budget...like i dont want to spend on i7 rather than i5..the i7 features like hyperthreading are not gonna help me with gaming..so i dont want to invest unnecessarily..thats what iam saying..:)

See we cannot give you a perfect build until we know your budget. Every one has different budget which they are ready to spend so we cannot assume your budget. There should be some limit to what you wanna spend. We would like to know what that limit is to provide you great builds.

Regarding the 4gb gpu, I went with the lowest priced one, because I do not know your budget, and all I know is you want the lowest cost possible. As others have pointed out, you've been asked repeatedly to give us the ballpark rupee amount you're willing to spend on this system, and the only thing you've said is 20,000 for the gpu. So you are not wasting money by paying more for something you don't need, you are paying less for something you don't need, but is a better component, and you might want to take advantage of it in the future. As you post each time, you clarify a bit more about what you want, and we get closer to answering your question.

It's harder to read your longer posts, because you don't break them up into paragraphs.

I do feel strongly that if you are going to go with a discrete high end gpu (and the GTX 960 fits that description), you should go with the suggested power supply unit.. You're worried about bottlenecking between the cpu/gpu, but you also need to make sure you are feeding that gpu good, clean, well-regulated voltage.

The intel e97379 is for socket 1155/1156, it will not work on the I5-6600k, which is an LGA-1151 socket.

You contradict yourself (or changed your mind). Because in your second post, you wrote: and also what about gtx 960..i love this one-(GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 960 GV-N960OC-4GD 4GB128-Bit GDDR5 Graphic Card) I simply plugged in the lowest priced version of the card you said you wanted. You were the one who said you wanted a 4gb gpu. Now you're saying you only want a 2gb gpu. We've suggested better motherboards for you regarding a price/performance ratio, but you are stuck on wanting that Asus, so get it. I think you really know what you want to build, and don't need our advice.
