I'm running a ASUS B85-PLUS
i7 4770k 3.5 - 3.9ghz cpu
Corsair Vengeance ddr3 1866mhz ram (DC 240-pin) 16GB
Looking at two GTX1070S or GTX1080S
Motherboard also much be able to let my 4770k clock over 3.95 that I have it set to.

The only board that would be feasible for you to purchase while being able to take advantage of your processor and rid your system from some of your processor side bottleneck via overclocking is to invest in a Z97 based motherboard. Have a look through this short list.

Of which I'd look at the GA-Z97MX-Gaming 5 and the ASRock Z97 OC Formula. Might I ask the rest of your system's specs:
Case PSU, OS and connected peripherals? We'd also need a budget in case the above link doesn't work for you since the Z97 chipset is already on it's way out of the market meaning availability and support will be reduced(to none).

I'm looking at getting a i76700k cpu and windows 10. It's going to be in a gaming / video rendering computer and possibly streaming. Price is not an issue ;)
