Phenom x4 heatsink on A6 5600k APU

hello all. since nobodys selling AMD priducts here in sri lanka . I ordered an AMD A6 5600K processor via ebay. And it will arrive wothout its stock heatsink and fan. And i already have Stock heatsink and fan for AMD phenom x4 9750. Csn i use this phenoms stock heatsink/fan with A6 5600 k ?

Yes, the x4 is a 125watt tdp cpu where the a8 is 100watt tdp and i think the same heatsink that came with the X4 comes with the A8 apu. If the heatsink is the one with copper heatsink on it then it should be fine.

im not going to overclock or use this for gaming. but im hoping to use this for video editing and autocad works. will phenom 9750s heat sink be able to bear all the heat generated by the APU?

thank you again lazyboy. but i dont think it is copper. what i see is a bigger version of aluminium heat sink i received with my old sempron processor.
