Hi, I just today finished building a low/medium end PC (slight gaming PC for my little brother). Finally got it to work and actually shut on after having a defective motherboard the first time, took it back for a new one and it shut on instantly. Now my problem is my mouse and keyboard won't work on any of the back (motherboard USB ports both 2.0 and 3.0) and both 2.0 front case USB ports. And now to top it off my monitor can't seem to find the input device and now it's flashing random colors (I have a YouTube video I took from my cellphone to show what its doing).

The motherboard is an GIGABYTE B85M-DS3H-A for Intel LGA 1150 cpus.
MY CPU is an i3-4170 with integrated graphics as I have no dedicated video card for now.
8GB of Ram (4x2) @ 1333mhz.
Hooked up motherboard VGA to back of monitor VGA.

I worked really hard to set it up and all im trying to do is install windows 10 and get on with my life lol (using a USB flash drive to install it)

But it doesn't recognize the mouse, it doesn't recognize the keyboard, it doesn't recognize the usb flash drive. I can't see what's going on either because the monitor just flashes.

(It's an old Synaps monitor) Any help would be appreciated...thanks!
