No, that build will not work, and I wouldn't recommend it anyways if it did. The Ram is incompatible, that CPU is outdated, and the motherboard lacks features.

Here is a much more recommended build, which will perform and look better:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor ($110.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($57.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($47.49 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Asus Radeon R9 380 2GB...

Well, for starters that RAM won't work you need DDR3 RAM, that motherboard will need BIOS update before it can use that CPU proberly, the case will barely fit the graphics card, and the motherboard has overhead USB ports that won't be usable since the case doesn't have front panel or top usb headers

The i3 will perform much better than the 6300, and has a better Price/performance ratio.
The motherboard has much better features, including m.2 support, USB 3.0, ect.
While there is no SSD, it's better to have more storage and then upgrade to an SSD later. Alternatively, you could also purchase a cheaper case and use the saved money for an SSD.
The case is one of my personal favorites and looks amazing. I used it for my first build, and it is very easy to build in, offers great connectivity, and is silent.
The power supply offers near identical performance to the EVGA GS model, with a slightly cheaper design.

I think this system is a much better choice, and comes out to around the same cost as your original build.
Best of luck!

I think we're forgetting that the FX-6300 is a terrible value as of now. That processor is nearly 4 years old, and offers no long term upgrade path versus Intel's new Skylake series. The i3-6100 beats out the AMD FX-6300 in every test (besides the games that require 4 cores). To purchase the 6300 at this point would be a waste of money, as Intel's new chipset is faster, and AMD is releasing a new line of CPU's within the year.

I think the most important thing to look at as of now, is the performance per dollar. Purchasing the 6300 isn't cost effective, and you lose performance and future upgrade paths. It just makes no sense to purchase that chip, when better options are available for similar price points.
