Hi, guys. I'm a newbie to PC build. I just built my PC with the specs:

MSI Z170A Gaming M7 mobo
Intel i7 Skylake
G.Skill RipJaws V at 3200 Mhz
Intel HD 530 (For now)
Corsair Hydor Series H100i V2
XFX 1050W Gold
One SSD

I tried to manually OC my RipJaws V from 2133 to 2666 with the timing 15-15-15-32 1T and left everything else in Auto. My PC booted up. But when I checked the DRAM voltage, it went up from 1.2V to 1.36V. Also, the SA and IO voltages went up from the default to 1.25V for both. My MSI Command Center marks these 1.25V for SA and IO as red meaning not recommended. I tried to use XMP, but my screen display dropped off and on while I was on Intel HD 530.

So my question is: should I also adjust or tweak the DRAM, SA, and IO voltages? I'd like to get what I paid for the RAM. At least somewhere above 2133 and stable if I can't get to 3200. Any ideas on that; I would appreciate it much.

First get the latest BIOS, then simply try enabling XMP and selecting profile 1. With a good 6600K or 6700K that may be it and you're done. Some K model CPUs may require a slight OC of the CPU to run 3200. If still problems what exact model of RJ V, they have a few in 3200 with a variety of CL sets

Thanks for your reply, Tradesman1. I have the latest BIOS Version from MSI site for my mobo. When I enabled the XMP, my PC wouldn't boot up. If it did, my display would go off and on. Also, when the XMP is enabled, the SA and IO voltages are set to 1.25V automatically by the BIOS. The model of my RJ V is G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C15D-16GVK with the CL15-15-15-35 at 1.35V. I also noticed that when I enabled the XMP, I was not able to select the profile. It's like it automatically selects profile 1 by default. I have 6700K Skylake by the way.

The problem still persists. I tried to OC the CPU even to 4.3. The display dropped off and on in Windows and BIOS screen. I had to disable the XMP, and everything went to normal. Other online threads that talk about similar issue say it has something to do with tweaking the SA and IO voltages if using the Intel HD 530 integrated graphic at the moment. But I don't know what proper voltages I should apply to the SA and IO for the RAM model I have.
