MY PC CASE : http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/k350-rc-k350-kwn2-en/

I had cooler master evo 212, but its not enough. Need something thats reliable, not too loud, and has the best cooling capabilities, should not be watercooler though.
Preferably not american, cause that is almost unobtainable where i live.
Price doesnt matter, it should fit and it shouldnt take too much power.
Please help!
Thanks in advance

Honestly I'm at a loss, the case doesn't seem to be very large or give much room for larger air coolers. That's what you'd need for noticeably better cooling than the 212 evo (180w tdp cooling design). Other coolers of similar size are going to give similar cooling results. A liquid cooler would be able to fit most likely, but you don't want to go with an aio/liquid cooler.

Is there a chance the 212 evo just needs reinstalled? Maybe it wasn't installed properly and that's why your temps are a bit high. Hate to suggest something like an a30 and have you spend money to end up with essentially a similar cooler. You mentioned i30 but if you go with an arctic cooler the a30 is for amd, the i30 is intel only. (a for amd, i for intel).

That sounds extremely nice, but will it fit the case? It looks pretty fat
@LeKeiser

My evo runs at 100% all the time, but it is not enough, i guess the room temperature is too hot in the summer, the tech guys didnt want me to put a 2nd fan cause they told me it will not fit in.
@need4speeds

If the 212 evo isn't enough then adding a second fan will be a waste of time. Push/pull on the 212 evo only reduces temps around 2-3c, push/pull is a way to help assist airflow through thicker heatsinks or radiators. The 212 evo is a fairly narrow cooler from one side to the other and a single fan doesn't 'struggle' to keep airflow moving through it which is why a second fan doesn't make much sense for it.

The specs for that case must be wrong, it says max cpu cooler height is 148.5mm however the cm 212 evo is 159mm tall. Where do you live and what coolers do you have to choose from? That would help us make some suggestions for you.

The specs for the case are not wrong i think, the tech guys just put this thing in with a trick somehow, i dont really understand much of it, but my guess is it's exactly why it seems to be weak now.

I am living in Hungary, and i've been told the US brands are out of reach here. I've already had a 4 month hassle to get an amazing Corsair PSU, but i dont have that much time, since summer is happening now :)

I don't really know where are these manufactured, but we seem to have an overflow of these on the market: Zalman, Arctic, Enermax, Cooler Master,Phanteks, Alpenföhn, and Xigmatech

I was leaning towards Arctic Freezer i30, until the Noctua has been posted here.

A large water cooling kit would work, and the rad goes outside the case so the heat is not being dumped inside the case.

I never tried a second fan on my 212, it keeps my A6-3650@3.56ghz under 55C. I have 4 12cm case fans turned on med-low.
The fx runs hotter so maybe that cooler is simply too small.

In order to get significantly better air cooling requires a larger air cooler and it doesn't sound like you have much room for it. I'm not even sure what to suggest since the cooler you say fits doesn't match the case specs for size. I would assume a 160mm tall cooler or less but if the company listed the wrong measurements maybe a 180mm tall cooler will fit. Or maybe not.

Maybe a zalman cnps14x.

Did you maximize airflow in the case by adding a bottom and a rear fan?

Motherboard is : Asus M5A99X EVO R 2
I have a fan at the front, it's either a pretty big one, or theres 2 smaller, and i have another at the back of the case.
I am rather paranoid about the watercooling option...

So, which would be better, the zalman, or the arctic a30? Or evo 212 is still better than these? Could the noctua ever fit ? Cause that really seems impressive to me.

Any alternatives, maybe an external cooler?

Well to be honest, my SSD generates tons of heat, and i mean TONS, it's constantly at 42 degrees, plus theres my PSU sitting on the bottom, which is a Corsair cs550m also generating a lot of heat. I have an overclocked 760 GTX gpu, the only thing that seems to be sitting at normal temperature, since it's usually at 53 with heavy load, so that's a bit strange to me.

You have a good motherboard for that CPU. You always are referring to a hot CPU, but I couldn't find a post where you provided the CPU thermal margins at full load (they are more accurate than temperatures). According to AMD Overdrive, are they lower than 10°C? The SSD can't generate much heat; it only is a few watts and 42°C barely is warmer than the human body. Does the GPU exhaust heat at the back or in the case?

http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=2694&page=4 The 212 Evo is better than the Zalman which is better than the Arctic Cooling Freezer A30.

It can't be thermal paste if the thermal margins are fine at full load, e.g., while running Prime95 Small FFTs for 5-10 minutes. Other components can cause a shutdown; you need to test to identify which one. If the CPU has no issues running Prime95 and the frequency doesn't drop down to 1.4 GHz, then it shouldn't be caused by the CPU or the motherboard's VRM. You didn't provide a list of components, but the PSU, the GPU and other components could also cause the issue.

Oh man, and i thought i can solve this problem by a powerful cooler ^^. I'll do some dusting soon and bring it to techies to check whats up.
I am starting to think the GPU may be blowing hot air into the case, or maybe it has not enough space to "breathe".

So all in all about the cooler issue, evo 212 is really the best i can have for this PC, among the traditional coolers ?

It isn't the best, but it's good enough if the thermal margins are 10°C or higher at full load. A more powerful cooler will increase the thermal margins, but that won't help you if the issue is the PSU or the GPU. You seem to have selected a good motherboard and cooler; what are the other components? Do you have a good PSU?

At least i think its good, i read JonnyGuru's reviews and i picked Corsair CS550M, it was a pain in the arse to get it but i really really like it, my only concern is that it was mounted on the bottom of my case so all the heat is going upwards toward my cpu i think.
The GPU is a 760 GTX OC.
