Can't access 192.168.1.254 "router's page"

Hello
I have Bipac 5200N RC

whenever I need to login router's page it goes into endless loading

and i always have to keep restarting the router till it works ( and it break again on the next router restart)
I tried this
1- resetting the router to make sure i didn't screw something up
2- using another pc to login another cable pc and another wireless connected laptop and even through phone and no luck
3- tried updating firmware and no luck

well, electronics can be tricky when they are half-working. Something is wrong with your router administration page obviously, if you can't access it from another browser then i would suggest if you really want to use the page easily, replace it. Else if it's working keep it.

Thanks for replying,
I was wondering if it should be replaced or not indeed, but i was too confused since the router is working fine except for how hard it is to login on the router's page ( but anything else working liek a charm ) but if there is no work around this issue, i will end up replacing it
