Core 2 Duo temperatures. Can Duo survive?

Hello!
So soon i want to buy Core 2 duo E6600 2,40GHz dual core.
So i now have Intel Celeron D331(it's single core and 90nm and their power hungry and heat monsters) with stock cooler and temps is 60-76 degrees in Celsius and 66-80 in workload..well it is running in workload full life so 70 all the time.
So can core 2 duo survive with Celeron D cooler?
Core 2 duo is 64nm and it should run cooler but i need your opinion.

I am buying Core 2 Duo in Aliexpress so..without cooler.

It will be fine; the Celeron is 84 W while the Core 2 Duo is 65 W. The stock cooler on both probably is the same part number, but you didn't provide it and the picture isn't good enough to read it. 70°C is not an issue for a CPU that throttles at 100°C. I presume a Core 2 duo E6600 is very inexpensive ($5-10 at most).
