BEST GPU Under $50? Please Help!

First off, I dont need you guys to tell me to spend more on a gpu. I don't want to have to buy a new power supply that works with a Dell Inspiron 570. I also paid $80 for the computer, monitor, and accessories. It has a good CPU (AMD Athlon II X2 3.0ghz), and 4gb of ram. My goal is to be able to play 4k YouTube videos smoothly, and to get high fps on Minecraft, and maybe play a couple other games. Is the GeForce GT 610 1gb my best bet? ALL help is appreciated! Thanks!

a GT 610 is utter trash. see if you can find a GT730, there are sub $50 models, those are enough for minecraft at fancy settings 60 FPS with render distance of around 8-12 4K youtube could be a stretch.

I don't know what you case is like or what your PSU is, but for $50, I would definitely recommend looking into a used GPU. Something like the GTX 550ti is usually less than $50 and will way outperform the GT 610.
If you are power limited, I would look into a professional card like the Nvidia FX 3800.

Look for a second hand gtx 750 or 750 ti.
there would be older and more powerful options for teh same money, but they all require an PCIE power cable from the PSU.

Yeah probably a 750 non-ti. Still tons better than any new card for that money. Cards under 70 new are inferior to integrated graphics nowadays.

they cost around 50-60 maybe you can pick up a used for on Ebay for less just make sure it's the GGDR5 version. It also has low profile so you shouldn't have a problem putting it in your case.

It will do for any GPU that does not need separate power. I stand by my recommendation for a SH 750 or 750 ti if you are lucky. Just make sure they are the variants without a power connector.

if you can buy used find a old gtx 550 ti 560 660 650 gt 730 750 gtx 750ti hd 7770 or r7 250
all these cards can be founded used for 50$ if you look right
