My first time building and i consider alot of other set up but is these good ?

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler : Cooler Master RR-212E-16PK-R1 Hyper 212 Evo
Motherboard:GIGABYTE INTEL LGA 1151 B150M-D3H 4
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
HHD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
SSD:Kingston Technology 120 GB Solid State Drive 2.5 inch V300 SATA 3
Video Card: ASUS GeForce GTX 750 Ti STRIX OC 2GB GDDR5
Power Supply: EVGA 100-W1-0500-KR - 500W 80 Plus Power Supply

Solution
Their no need for modular power supply but the W1 you picked is low quality.
Upgrade that to a XFX TS or Seasonic.
Their no need for the CPU cooler the stock one will work.
You also need to up the video card some look at s GTX 950 at the least.
I personally would drop the CPU cooler and SSD and upgrade the power supply snd put everything that's left and put into a better video card.
The SSD is going to add nothing to your gaming performance.

You might want to choose a full or semi-modular power supply.
Since it's your first time building a full/semi-modular power supply helps a lot with cable management since you don't need to let cables around that you won't need to use.
Other than that seems a good setup.
