I currently played h1z1 and my average CPU usage was : 39%-41% but my average GPU usage was around 70% i wanna know what is going on beacuse i know h1z1 and open world games are very CPU heavily games.

My rig is : ASUS R9 270 Direct CU II OC 2 GB
FX 6300 4.1ghz with stock cooler
8 GB RAM 1866MHz DDR3
GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P

In a way yes I am saying that.

You can have a very fast gaming system but that speed may never be realized because of slow internet speeds. Your internet service can be slow because of problems, congestion, people trying to cheat during game play, etc..

No harm in having a faster system or getting more fps per se. However, the point is that you should not expect that your game play speeds will increase accordingly because there a other limiting factors that come into effect. Some will be out of your control.

Are there any specific performance/game play problems?

If not, I would not be concerned about the %'s per se. The GPU is intended to take processing load away from the CPU.

You can use Task Manager and Performance Monitor to dig into the details regarding computer resource use and the services and processes that are running at any given time.

You should be able to find out what is contributing to the CPU load.

I play everything on low beacuse i know amd are not very good for open world games and i have 144hz monitor so i wanna 80+ fps. What do you think should i upgrade my cpu to something like i5 4690k and change motherboard will i get better performance in games?

What you have to do is to determine what is currently limiting your performance: e.g. cpu, gpu, or monitor.

Make sure that there are no specific settings "holding things back". By "low" do you mean no overclocking? Make sure that your system is configured to run/performance as fast as possible.

If you want more than 80 fps then the monitor must support that. Then the gpu must be able to provide that and the cpu/system must be able to support the needs of the gpu.

However, you can do all the upgrades possible and find that your internet service will hold things back.

You need to dig into the specifications and details to truly gain an understanding of what you have now and how much improvement you can really achieve. Budget may be (or become) a concern as well.

Performance will only be as fast as the slowest link.

When i am playing csgo or some other low game i get more than 144fps and i see that but on world open games like bf3,bf4,farcry4,gta V, h1z1, i dont get that high fps beacuse these games are CPU heavily and i am just asking is it true that example i5 4690k or some other i5 or i7 will do better job for getting better fps in these types of games?

I will check for Task Manager and Performance Monitor

The answer is maybe because you need to consider all of the components involved. If the cpu is indeed the one and only thing holding back fps then a new faster cpu may help. I say may only because the cpu can be fast but the gpu could then hold the fps back.

Look at the games' system requirements. There are usually some minimal requirements. However, exceeding those requirements may not gain that much improvement.

And no matter how fast your system is that may be of no value if your internet service is not up to what is needed for "world open games".
