I won't be doing any overclocking. I really don't want a liquid cooler. I would like 2 hard drives for storage an SSD and 1TB hard drive. I would like to use my Samsung 4k tv for monitor if possible not sure if that will work or be compatible.

Assuming that it is for gaming and that you live in the USA, this would be a very nice build. The case is on sale today only, so if you like it, get it tonight. I can't tell you if you TV monitor will be a good match or not. We can re-work the build if it is not suitable.
