I am selling my gaming pc. How much is it worth (about).

Fx4300
Hyper 212 evo
asrock 990fx extreme 2
2x4gb 1600mhz ram (8gb)
60gb ocz vertex 2 ssd
500gb wd blue
gtx 570 1.25gb
New Bitfenix nova case

With an fx-4300 in it, giving benefit of the doubt that windows is a legitimate copy, best you could expect is $200-250.
With an fx-4300 and a gtx 570 this barley above the brand new $300-400 base end laptops on the market.
Since it is in really no way better then a base model PC to the average person you would have to offer it really cheap to appease to them.

I think your target seller is someone who sees the 990fx motherboard and sees the potential to drop in a better cpu and newer GPU.

A pc will usually fetch more if it is disassembled and the parts sold individually.
That is because it is unlikely that a buyer will want exactly the same pc.
Find your parts in used condition on ebay.
Then filter on completed auctions,
In green you will see what the part actually sold for.
