Is the amd 5350 (paired with 8b of ram and a 120gb ssd) good for running windows 10 to do simple tasks like word processing,watching 1080p youtube videos,facebook, streaming netflix.
How well will it do with these simple tasks?

It is sufficient for those tasks, but not for anything heavier than that. If you think you might need this computer to do anything more intensive than what you described above, then look at a more powerful CPU.
