Gaming pc (400-450 bucks)

Hi, all. I want to build a desktop computer for the first time, and I decided i wanted to build a gaming one, for around 400-450 bucks. I plan on playing overwatch, gmod, csgo, and tf2, and I prefer they run smooth at medium to high settings. If any of you have any build suggestions, please share them with me. tanks

I would spend a little more. You can certainly build something that will run those games for your budget, but using an i5 would handle newer games better and will support future graphics card upgrades. If this is out of reach, you can substitute the i3 6100 which is still a very good budget CPU.
