Hello my current set up is:
Core i5-4690k
16 gb ram
Sapphire r9 280(non x version) Dual-X Version
Windows 7 Ultimate
Asrock H97 Anniversary Edition
EVGA 500w
So I've been having problems across all games that I play. TF2, CSGO, Overwatch, Dark Souls 3, you name it. I'm getting terrible frame rates on all of them. The strange thing about overwatch is that it doesnt matter if I set the graphical settings to the lowest or epic, the performance is still pretty much the same around 20-50fps at all times. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, add more ram, changing power supplies (to a Corsair 600w), changing cpus, and nothing seems to change. The only thing I could possibly think of is a fault motherboard but I don't know how to tell. Temperatures for CPU and GPU are all stable, never hitting more than 55C for any game. My cpu usage is always maxed out between 90%-100% while GPU usage hovers around 20-35%. Thanks for any input
