Im upgrading my i3 to an i5. I have a GTX 750ti and I dont plan on over clocking. The socket is lga 1150, my question is does it matter which i5 I get? And which would be the best option for my wallet and my PC.

Solution
The only difference between socket 1150 i5's (i5 4xxx) is clockspeed, and possibly the configuration of the integrated GPU. A 4460 is clocked higher than a 4440, but lower than a 4560 and 4670. A few extra dollars gets you a few percent extra clockspeed, and thus a few percent extra performance.

The best value is usually somewhere in the middle, but depends on what's available for what price.
