My Acer Aspire v5-552p-7468 can not detect wifi network in my bedroom but my phone can. It cant even detect any of my neighbor

You may have a great deal of interfering networks, which you can check using the free version of inSSIDer from HERE. I would check that, particularly if you are in a high density environment like apartments or condos/townhouses.
If you find a lot of interference using inSSIDer there are cures, but please also list your wireless router model.
