Fatality 990fx killer wont run with 4 sticks of 4gb ram

I have wndows 10 and it decides to use a lot of memory so I decided to buy another 8gb kit of hyperX 1866 ram and after I installed them my computer doesnt boot. can anyone help me??

Computer specs

Motherboard- Fatality 990fx killer
CPU- Fx-6300
GPU- Asus r9 380 strix
power supply- Sentey 750w
cooler- Corsair H60
memory- 2x4 hyperX Fury

You had 8GB and "decided to buy another 8gb kit" which is at least 2 sets of DRAM, that's mixing DRAM - even if the same exact model, there are no guarantees in mixing, you can pull sticks right off the assembly line and they might play nice, might not. That's why manufacturers test sticks together to ensure packaged sets all have sticks that play nice
