Hello I am building my First Computer and I am trying to build a computer better than my current but still on a budget.

Here is the pcpartpicker link to the Pc i am building: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/WTL6M8

The thing i do know is that my case does not have a USB 3.0 Slot and I am ok with that, not going to be using it.

I also know that the motherboard is a LGA 1150 socket and so is my cpu so that should be good.

The reason I am asking this is being I already Have my Motherboard, Powersupply, Case, and Led fans. I already have everything connected and wire managed.

I try to turn on the pc noting there is no graphic card, ram, HHD, SSD, or proccerser so I know its not gonna work, But i was trying to see if i have everything plugged in right and the motherboard has no light on it to show there is power and the fan on the power supply doesn't turn on till an amount of power is being use "That i read online". So i am asking here to figure if i should be worried or buy different parts?

Don't feel like clicking the pcpartpicker link? well here is the parts list then

With the one hole at the top like that the h60 is a good option since it only has room for one fan. Having a bigger heatsink and more fans is always good but in this instance you don't really have much of a choice.

Instead of the H60 I would go with an h80i if you can fit it, or a Coolermaster Seidon 120V

All of your parts are compatible but you need to fully assemble it before trying to turn it on. Though I would recommend one of the larger Corsair water coolers though it doesn't look like your case would support it as the hole on top looks to fit only one fan.
