Right...
As anyone with a Hyper Evo 212 would know, it is quite large, and this presents a problem with my ASUS M5A99x R2.0 Evo Mobo. The RAM slots are quite close to the cpu socket and with the Hyper fan, the actual plastic fan itself just overlays one of the RAM slots, thus blocking my RAM from comfortably sitting in. I could fit a RAM stick without a tall heatspredder on it but I've already purchased the Corsair Vengeance RAM
I was wondering if moving the fan to the other side of the hypers heat sink (moving the plastic connectors aswell) so rather than pull air straight in, it pulls air through the heat sink first?
At the moment, it is like this []|<-
But would having it like this work? |[]<-
