I am building a budget $350 gaming PC, and I want to record Minecraft at 50-60 fps. Can I do that?

CPU: Pentium G3258 3.2 GHz (Overclocked to 3.8 GHz)

8GB DDR3-1600 RAM

GPU: XFX Radeon R7 360 Core Edition 2GB

get a amd fx 6300 its cheap and in minecraft the extra 2 cores in recording will give a small fps cost over a large fps cost on a i3
along with that you will want to have optifine...

Minecraft is heavily cpu bound, not only that recording at 60fps is going to require a second hard drive to record to. TBH There is no computer you could build for $350 that would be able to do what you want. Play Minecraft no problem, but record it at 60 fps? Not gonna happen

Could I possibly record 30fps?

I'll go with maybe.... At lower resolution probably, but like I said, definitely need another hard drive to record it to. Processor is kind of weak so splitting those tasks and such a processor heavy game, it may not work.

along with that you will want to have optifine installed on minecraft to use more than 1 core for MUCH better fps and lastly if you are recording modded minecraft get 16gb ram because on lots of mods you need at least 4 but more like 6-8 is best and the streaming program also needed most of the time 2gb ram
