i was very stupid and i didnt have the chance to open my ram slot on my asus k555lb laptop. I already ordered a 16gb kit of ripjaw ddr3l sodimm modules but i just recently found out that the stock 4gb memory is onboard thus i cant remove it. I was wondering if my stock 4gb 1600mhz ram module would work with together with a single 8gb ripjaw 1866mhz memory module

Possible but not likely. Your best bet would be to try and return that ram. Ram really needs to be matched (brand and all) to be guaranteed to work.
