This problem was fixed with the newest BIOS Update for me.. Took 6 Month after

Solution
A10-7850K supported memory is 2133MHz out of the box with no overclocking.

Your memory part number shows it as a single. Combining singles is not recommended or guaranteed to be compatible. I suggest buying a matched pair of DDR3 2133MHz in a 2 x 8GB kit.
First do this -

Select Start > type in msconfig, press enter key > select boot tab > select Advanced options > make sure Maximum memory box is Unchecked; if checked, then uncheck it > click OK > click Apply > click OK > select Restart

If still have problems, the APU might not be seated levelled. So readjust position of APU cooler a bit and ensure the APU and the cooler are mounted evenly and firmly.

Clear CMOS.

(1) msconfig is try ,nothing change
(2) i reinstall again of CPU
(3) clear cmos ( remove ,battery and put it again)
(4) bios is new version of bios ( already update before post)

i think same problem with a88xm-a , need waiting for new bios for solve problem
hardware limit the ram is 8G ram , software do anything is not working
becasue hardware recognize only 8G ram , software can't use over 8G ram ,even you have 16G ram
