I formatted a pc i bought from a friend and it started acting very weird. The pc in question is very familiar since i upgraded it for him a few years back.
The main problem is that since the format all the games are lagging and the CPU usage gets stuck on 100% after running any game. Now this shouldn't be happening since ive run the same games before formatting and they ran fine. Also im running the same operating system that i had before restart (Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit).
Very unlikely that this is a overheating issue since i played BF4 two days ago before formatting and now it wont run.
I dont have proper system specs at the moment since im away from home but ill do my best from memory
This build is based on a quite rare HP-Pavilion that was only sold in UK and parts of Scandinavia.
GPU: Geforce GTX760
CPU: Intel I5 25320
Harddrive: (Seagate i think) 1TB
RAM: one 2GB and one 4GB stick.
Power Supply: Corsair 1100W
Motherboard: Foxconn (I don't know the model)
