I am looking into getting a 4gb GTX 980 but I am wondering if I should upgrade anything else first. Here are the specs,
-asus GTX 960 2gb
-I7 4790
-asus B85 plus motherboard
-Kingston 8x2 ddr3 ram
-850watt power supply

Everything you have is sound however I might recommend going saving an extra 50$ and getting yourself the 1070.

just get a gtx 1070 when it comes out, it will be around the same price and have better performance
