Black bars while ingame

Hi, So i have black bars top and bottom of the screen and i cant find a way to get them disappear.
I think the problem is with the aspect ratio of my monitor 1600x1200 4:3 I can get them away by only lowering my resolution to a 16:9 one but then my games looks really messy. So anyone haves a solution for these annoying black satan spawns ? Some of the games where i have this problem: Fifa 15, Pes 16 and assasins creed and probably many other games too. I have amd radeon 5850.

Some games are made to display in 16:9 even on 4:3 monitors for a "cinematographic effect". Assassins Creed is one of those. Have no idea about teh others.
If you've set the native resolution in teh game and the aspect ratio to 4:3 and you still get black bars, there's nothing you can do about it.
You can enjoy teh higher framerates, though.
