i want to play games on medium to high settings games like fifa 15 thief 2014 battlefield bad company 2 and maybe gta v
kingston hyperx fury blue dimm 1600 8gb cl10 ddr3

  • intel i3 4170 3.7ghz
    antec earthwatts green 80+bronze 650w
    gigabyte ga b85m ds3h a
    win 7 ultimate sp1 64bit

Solution
you could play all those games just fine on a gtx 950 or even a gtx 750 ti. depends on what settings, what fps you expect, and how much you want to spend but it's only worth spending so much with an i3. i'd say $200-250 max.

depends on the resolution you plan on but something between an nvidia gtx 950 to a gtx 960 or a radeon r9 380 or r9 380x. i would wait a bit though to see what happens with the gtx 1060/rx 480. the rx 480 may be the perfect card for that build at $199
