Hi, I just build a sistem with Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor / Enermax Liqmax II 120 96.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler / Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB WINDFORCE 3X Video Card and Asus Z170 PRO GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard. And Windows 10 Home. I inicially bouth G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory, But only 8G can be instolled or the system won´t boot at all. Then I got the same but 2133 since I read it was mor compatible. Still. Nothing works but 8gb. Or I don´t get the option to go to bios at all. Any idea about the problem??? I´m a newbe, and build the system for basic medium video editing. What I had done wrong. Thanks in advance for your help I and find a wway even to start to trobleshooting. Nicanor.

Hello... find the BIO's screen boot interrupt Key... MB manual/PDF
1) Determine if the BIO's is reporting the memory settings correctly.
2) Remove your MB Battery and clear your CMOS per MB manual/PDF... any time you change hardware settings/locations on your MB... (save&exit) when setting are to your liking.

I´m checking on bended pin issue... will take a loo to your aproach too. Point 1) i guess can be done, since as soon as I install something in A1 or B1 the system won´t boot at all.
