Dell Optiplex GX620 GPU Upgrades?

I know its a really old machine and I just wanted to clarify what is the best GPU for the Dell Optiplex GX620? (Mini Tower)

Does it support PCI Express 3.0 (x16)?

Can it run on a Radeon HD 7750? If yes, is this the best one or are there better ones.

I already know that the best CPU is the Pentium D 960. (4M Cache, 3.60 GHz, 800 MHz FSB)

With these upgrades, will I beable to play games like FPS (COD) , RPG (GTA)?

Time for a new PC.

While yes it does have a PCIe slot, its 1.1 x16 which has compatibility issues with most newer GPU's. A HD 7750 might work in there because its older, but no guarantees.

Secondly you will also need to buy a new PSU as the stock one is not enough.

Buy most importantly if you are looking to play the most current GTA 5 and COD games they will not run on that system at all. I would not put any money into it, you're better off saving your money to buy something that can play those games.
