This is my new computer build, for general use, never any games. Is there anything in need of upgrading?

CPU: Core i5 4690k
RAM: 8gb DDR3
Cooler: Cryorig H5 Ultimate
PSU: Corsair CX500
MB: ASRock H97M Anniversary Edition
GPU: GTX 750 Ti ASUS STRIX
Case: Fractal Design R5

I know that liquid cooling is a nessecary upgrade to this computer in the future since this is a very hot processor, but will this be fine for now?

Solution
The stock cooler is adequate. Personally, I would probably put in an aftermarket cooler, but if it is running quiet enough for you, then don't worry about it.

The CX500 has a reputation for not lasting very long. Not really a big deal on a low-power system like yours though.

CPU = 88W, GPU = 75W, accounting for a few fans, drives, and the motherboard/ram power, you might be in the 250W range.

Overkill for general use. The processor is only hot if you overclock it (and add voltage), which you can't do with that motherboard, so it shouldn't come up. Also, water cooling is almost never necessary.

Power supply is not something I would put in a long-term machine. Also a tad oversized. You could get away with a 430W.
