Hi ok so I'm looking for a free or cheap recording software that will let me record games, game audio and mic audio for YouTube videos.

Bonus if it adds webcam but not a necessity. Must work with XP.

Any and all help appreciated.

Most known best recording apps run either Win 7 or better. I don't know from the top of my head which one runs fine on XP, It's a really old OS by now. Maybe Mirillis Action.

Nvidia's Shadowplay is a free, effective recording software with option for webcam. I'm not 100% sure if it supports XP though. You just need Geforce Experience. Also it would be a good idea to upgrade to Win10 before it becomes paid and not free.. I'm sure you have your reasons. Good luck

I have windows 10, I got a spare drive and installed fresh version of xp on it to run these games, shadowplay is only supported in win7 and up.

Don't want to come across as a dick but I posted this in the windows xp forum for a reason, didn't expect to get only responses advising me to upgrade.
