So i Just got a new Rig ( Pre-built ) and everything is working fine except for this Noice , which occurs when My Hard drive Activity Light blinks , So my conclusion was that my Hard drive is the cause , here's an audio file (sorry for the horrible quality) : http://vocaroo.com/i/s12JFtku3dvi
Most of the time It goes Like "Ghrrrrrrr" .... Sometimes the LED Light stays orange for about 5 Seconds and the noise keeps going on non stop during that period
My HDD is a Hitachi 2Tb SATA 7200 RPM
Note that i installed many programmes that do check the health of your hard drive and all of them gave me the result of "Good/Fine"

Solution
Hard drives do a horrible noise when spinning (like a marble hitting a metal surface, sorry I'm at work and can't hear a thing of the file you posted, noisy office), your H.D. seems to be spinning too long that might be cause by fragmentation (specially if the tools say your H.D. is fine) so run a defrag or wait for MS to get their collective head out of their collective ass and put a modern filesystem on their flagship O.S.

On a gloomier note those tools you are using only report the magnetic condition of the sectors and sometimes the condition of the interface but not quirky mechanical failures, those can cause hellish noise too and kill your drive without previous notice.

Thanks for your answer mate , i think it's just that my hard drive is noisy as hell.. judging from the facts that it's new , ran all the tests just fine , ain't causing me any problems software-wise , and the same noise getting harder when i'm installing something or booting etc.. and it being consistent with the Activity LED, I fuess it's fine..

Yes it seems it's just normal noise, just for a little extra peace of mind:

What I described as a marble hitting is called clicking and is normal.
