I'm trying to install windows 7 Ultimate on my sony vaio svt131a11x, but right as the main installation finishes and the computer reboots, I get the error: "Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might have caused the issue"

I've deleted all of the partitions of the Hard Drive, could that be an issue?

Tried formatting through the CMD and still the error persists... I'm using a bootable flash drive with windows burned in it.

Have no clue of what to do, please awnser me!!! :(

Solution
Once windows is installed, and when it gets ready to reboot, unplug the flash drive.

If the OS files on the flash drive are good, and no issues during the install, it should be fine. No problem with deleting all partitions, as it will create the needed partition.
