I would have to agree, If you can find a newer air cooler that will mount to the 775 socket, You won't really be limited to temps when overclocking, meaning you'll hit the max the chip can do before temps become the limiting factor.

I agree with the above. It's a 65W chip, any good air cooler will be good for 130W easily. Coolermaster Hyper 212 is inexpensive and would be overkill.
