Graphics: Intel Hd Graphics (not sure which version exactly. Ive tried to figure it out, but eh. It has to be one of the latest ones tho. I installed the latest win. 10 drivers)

1.6 ghz (up to 2.16 turbo mode, whatever the hell that means)
4gb ram
Please dont link me to the system requirements or the "can you run it?" website. It said i couldnt run it, but i dont really trust it. I just want a straight up answer.
I can run tf2, hl2, and portal at there highest settings. (With the exception of the antialiasing mode and the other weird shit)
*btw, im also wondering if i could run portal 2... If anyone feels generous enough to help me out with that also.
