Can someone suggest me a good system under 600E(700-800$) , i would like it to be vr ready if possible and be able to easly handle a gpu change if i want to get a higher end one later

Solution
OK I checked the prices, basically what you can do is:
i5-6500 - 200 euro
b150 motherboard (like asus B150M-C) - 90 euro
RAM - 2x4gb ddr4 2133mhz - 40 euro
550W psu 80-100 euro
case - some random case 20-40 euro
hdd - 50 euro

Basically it's 500 euro. Leave it like that, don't buy a GPU, run on the integrated hd530 (it's really good) and in one month time, when RX 480 is released, buy it for around 200 euro. It will be at the level of a gtx 980 (or so) so it's the only accessible VR ready GPU. This is your only option.

is the I5 good for adobe premier? , i do some youtube video and like to edit them on premier . I was thinking of maybe getting 2x8gb ram slot for working with that app

This one would would be under 500€ with no GPU. Save yourself some money and get the AMD 480 when it's announced.
