Best quiet 120mm fan for under $10?

Really, the product description shows one mounted in the front and one at the back.
I would think one rear mounted exhaust would actually be adequate for this build anyway.
Heck I had a 135W CPU with a 244W GPU in an old supercase clone. Single exhaust fan and top mounted power supply, it was enough to keep things cool (I did have massive heatsinks on the GPU and CPU though)
4-pack for $12.50, lower than I recall. They don't move a lot of air, but they certainly will get a flow going.
